THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE THIS _______________DAY OF _______ ,20__

By and between Frazer Hendrick (stallion owner). and ________________

(mare owner). This contract is subject to the conditions and terms stated

below.

1. Upon full payment of the breeding fee, _______ Frazer Hendrick agrees to ship fresh cooled semen to the mare owner in a timely fashion.
2. Mare owner agrees to pay $75.00 per collection for any additional shipments after the two included in the contract.
3. Semen will be shipped in an approved shipped semen container which the mare owner agrees to pay a $250.00 shipping deposit.
4. Actual shipping costs will be deducted from the $250.00.
5. Mare owner agrees to give Frazer Hendrick as much advance notice as possible for the collection of the stallion and shipping of fresh semen. Twenty four hour notice would be most appreciated any thing less will incur higher shipping costs.
6. Once the Stallion owner (Frazer Hendrick) has confirmation that the mare is 100 days in fool by veterinary examination Money not used from the $250. will be returned to the more owner.
7. The shipped semen container must be returned within "48 HOURS" receipt of shipment or the mare owner will be charged $25 a day until returned. Please try and avoid this charge for all concerned.
