TERMS: $500 LIVE FOAL

1. Upon payment of $200.00 booking fee, which is not refundable, Frazer Hendrick does hereby reserve for the mare-owner one season’s booking for 20___ to Masqueraide for the services of the mare.
2. The mare owner agrees to pay the balance of the breeding fee before the above specified mare is bred.
3. The mare owner agrees to allow Frazer Hendrick to have a Qualified Veterinarian check the mare for normal breeding conditions, and to perform such other veterinary services deemed necessary for the proper treatment and protection of the mare. This is to be at the mare owner’s expense and will be billed and due as necessary.
4. During the time that the mare is in the custody of Frazer Hendrick she, or any of her employees shall not be held liable for any sickness, disease, or death or injury which may be suffered by the mare and/or foal or any other cause of action whatsoever arising out of or being connected In any way with breeding or boarding of the mare and/ or foal. This includes, but is not limited to, any personal injury or disability which the mare or the mare owner may receive while on Frazer Hendrick’s property.
5. The mare owner fully understands that Frazer Hendrick does not carry any of the outside horses that are in their possession for breeding and boarding on any public liability, accidental injury, theft or equine mortality insurance and that all risks connected with breeding and boarding of the mare or mares are to be borne by the mare owner or owners


6. This contract is not transferable. If the above mare is sold or becomes unfit for breeding the more owner has the ability to substitute a mare of their choosing subject to the conditions of this contract and the approval of the stallion owner. A substitute mare must be bred no later than August or this contract is invalid,
7. Its agreed that should the mare bred not have a foal that can stand up alone and nurse at birth, the stallion owner guarantees a return breeding the following season either for said mare or an approved substitute. This is to be evidenced by a written statement from a qualified veterinarian within one (1) week from death. If the above mentioned stallion is not fit for breeding the balance of the stallion fee minus the booking will be refunded,
8. Boarding rates will be: Stall with full care $200 a month or $6.50 a day prorated.

9. Frazer Hendrick agrees to use reasonable care and caution for said mare while in her possession or control.
10. This contract shall not be assigned or transferred by either party hereto without the consent of the other.
