• All modern firearms being sold must have a background check before the firearm can be transferred.   If you bring a firearm for sale into the show  and sell it to anyone that is not an FFL dealer, a background check must be performed on the buyer.  The phone number for this check is provided by a tag given to you at the entrance to the show.  In addition, form ATF 4473 FILLED must be completed and disseminated as prescribed.
