VISION

Within the next five years the club will have a younger, and more diversified membership.

• Educate every club officer and committee chairpersons
• Provide comprehensive orientation to all new members
• Provide continuing education for all members
• Make Kiwanis known to the Community

2. SUCCEED WITH SERVICE;

• Perform one additional service project.
• Report all service activities

• Add a new member each month ( on average ); emphasize youth and minorities
• Inspire every member to enjoy the club to achieve 85 percent retention
• Support the expansion of sponsored youth programs to address community needs
