VISION
Within the next five years the club will have a younger, and
more diversified membership.
GOALS FOR 2002-2003:
1. EDUCATE EVERYONE;
- Educate every club officer and committee chairpersons
- Provide comprehensive orientation to all new members
- Provide continuing education for all members
- Make Kiwanis known to the Community
2. SUCCEED WITH SERVICE;
- Perform one additional service project.
- Report all service activities
3. EXCEL WITH MEMBERSHIP;
- Add a new member each month ( on average ); emphasize youth and minorities
- Inspire every member to enjoy the club to achieve 85 percent retention
- Support the expansion of sponsored youth programs to address community
needs
STRATEGY/PLAN For 2002-2003:
- Produce a Brochure that provides information on Kiwanis organization,
history, activities, and membership expectations [ Membership Growth and

- Produce a new member orientation package that includes service
expectations from each member
