Outreach

The mission of Fair-Park Baptist Church is “to provide an environment for the worship of God in fellowship with one another and faithfully to be on mission together in our community”.  Helping Fair-Park fulfill this mission statement is the core responsibility of the Outreach Team.  The Outreach Team seeks to help members of Fair-Park “faithfully to be on mission together in our community”.

Our goal is to reach into the community surrounding Fair-Park Baptist Church and minister to as many persons and families as possible. We have a special sense of calling to reach out to those in the International community. It is our desire to serve our Lord by being the instruments he uses to help meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those in our community. The involvement of all Fair-Park members and friends is needed if this desire is to become a reality.

 Our theme is found in the Gospel of Matthew and is know as The Great Commission. In this passage Jesus says to us;   Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have command you.  And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”  Matthew 28:19-20
