Praise for Farthest Space:  The Wrath of Jan

TheRomanceStudio4halfHearts.jpg (1046 bytes)
"
The Wrath of Jan had the most wonderful deadpan humor here and there. Vaish's stoic personality, which is usually awarded to the hero, gave her handful of jokes even more force. Steven's woman-loving, easy-going personality was the perfect contrast and a hero couldn't be more adorable (in a completely masculine manner). And I loved the fact that the book relied a lot on dialogue, giving it a VERY fast pace. The Wrath of Jan may have been the funniest story in this anthology, and alone, is worth buying the whole."

The Romance Studio Review

"…A laugh out loud anthology that will keep the reader's attention from the first page to the last…. a comedic powerhouse… absolutely hilarious. Littering the pages with unforgettable characters, both primary and secondary, this is a story not to miss. The one-liners throughout the anthology make it what it is, an interplanetary roller coaster of hilarity! A definite must read."
Enchanted in Romance

"Reminiscent of the old Star Trek, (Farthest Space) is a story of what those episodes would have been if they were on cable. Vaish and McNeill are true to their characters and Vaish's dead-pan sense of humor makes the story. If you're a Trekkie, or even a closet Trekkie, this is the story for you...The publisher is touting this as humorous, which I think...The Wrath of Jan, fits to a 'T'."
Tina Burns - Road to Romance

"...entertaining and quite comical at times. The characters strike a cord within the reader and will keep the fast pace that is prevalent throughout the book. Entertaining, edge of the seat, Ms. Fisher’s contribution is a pure delight to this reviewer….If you truly enjoy wild and out there stories that will keep your interest and smoothly go into another mesmerizing story, than grab Tripping Through the Universe and see what these four delightful authors give the reader as they scour the universe for wild and passionate possibilities.

"A fun space age story that really struck me as a cross between “Star Trek” and “Galaxy Quest”.  …a fun, sexy story that while campy and making many cultural references, I found very enjoyable."
Cynthia M. Eckert - ParaNormal Romance Reviews

"This story is fun because the author cheerfully skewers good-naturedly not just typical Star Trek clichés but also (Captain McNeill’s) womanizing nature and his ego"
