Early Issue Zenith Pocketwatch This is a 1900's pocketwatch by Zenith, very similar to the Longines in Ziggy Wesolowski's Military Timepieces, page 24. The inner dust cover is stamped "GRAND PRIX PARIS 1900." Case, dial and movement are all signed. The porcelain dial and blued steel hands are perfect as is the glass crystal. USN SEALS Watch by Benrus Benrus Type II Class A dated Feb 1976. Seventeen-jewel automatic hack-set movement with elapsed-time (hour) bezel. Issued to Army Special Forces SCUBA personnel, Army Rangers, CIA Maritime units and Navy SEALS. The case is one-piece matte stainless steel, 43mm from screw-down crown to case edge and 15mm thick. Full ordnance markings on theback. Crown screws in tightly and keeps good time. Very good condition. A very collectable US military issue piece. |

Hamilton GG-W-113 These watches manufactured by Hamilton were issued to USAF pilots and featured 17-jewel hack-set movements. These were designed to be maintained and of much higher quality than the disposable general purpose watches issued to army personnel. In excellent condition with the original issue box. |

US Army GG-W-113 by MARATHON The Marathon Watch Company of Canada has been making military timepieces for many years and some of their earliest were the SPEC GG-W-113's. The satin stainless steel case is 38mm wide including the crown and has the distinctive square lugs. This one is dated December 1984. Hacking 17-jewel movement. In very good condition with a new OD issue strap. |

WWII USAAC Hamilton 4992B with Watch Case This is a machined brass case for carrying the 4992B Navigational Watch. and is marked US Army Air Corp. Inside, the watch snaps into a spring-mounted cradle and the dial can be viewed through the porthole in the top. The navigator would carry his vital navigational watch in this case to and from the plane to protect it from shock and any other potential damage. It's 2" thick and 3 3/4" in diameter. The 4492B Hamilton has a decorated 22 jewel movement with swan's neck regulator. Watch and case are in very good condition.. Case is made by Geo. H. US Military watches by Gallet The issue watches are marked Gallet and Co. and were made for the Marathon Watch company for a watch contract with the US Government. The dials are marked ADANAC ("Canada" spelled backwards -- Marathon is in Canada) and they were issued in only 2 years -- 1986 (watch on the left) and 1988 (watch on the right). Notice the differences in the dials? Both have satin stainless steel cases, 44mm in diameter including the screw-down crowns. Water resistant to 10 ATM. With new correct issue straps and in excellent condition. Sold as a pair only. |
