Harold W. Outten class of '54 died at his residence in
Monterey, Virginia on Thursday, June 10, 2004. He was preceded in
death by his parents Harold and Christine of Alexandria. Harold is
survived by his wife Phyllis and sister Darlene. An avid
outdoorsman, Harold was equally at home in the woods or on the
water. The family will receive friends at a memorial service
June 10 at 7:00 PM in Monterey. In lieu of flowers, donations may
be made to the Highland County Hospice, Monterey, Virginia 24465. |

Philip Thomas (Philip) PRISAZNICK
Phillip passed away on March
16, 2002 at 4:15 a.m. He was a good father and will be missed by his family
and his friends.
Philip Thomas Prisaznick,
67, a superintendent with Bozzuto & Associates for nearly 20 years, died
March 16 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore of complications related to
pancreatitis.
Mr. Prisaznick,
a Columbia, MD resident since 1990, was a native of Alexandria, VA.
He graduated from George Washington High School in 1954.
He was a devoted
gardener and craftsman, and found great pleasure in fishing.
Survivors include
his wife of 21 years, Gale Prisaznick of Columbia, MD; first wife Rebecca
May Eppard Bailey and their three children, Philip Thomas II of Strasburg,
Mark Steven of Gaithersburg, Jeanne Marie of Manchester, OH, nine grandchildren;
and two sisters, Florence Pulvers and Janet Hahn.
On March 26
at 11:00 a.m., a memorial service was held at the Catonsville United
Methodist Church, 6 Melvin Avenue, Catonsville, MD.

Sylvia Ann Spivey Cambron, 67, of 335 Thomas Road, died Jan. 13,
2003, at Four Season’s Hospice House, Flat Rock.
Graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at Forest Lawn
Cemetery, conducted by Rev. John Kimmons. A native of Guilford
County, Mrs. Cambron was born Nov. 3, 1935, to the late William and
Glenna Cagle Spivey. Former President of the Rachel Caldwell Chapter
of the Daughters of the American Revolution, she graduated from
Martha Washington College with a degree in education. She has a
Masters Degree in counseling from the University of North Carolina
at Greensboro. Mrs. Cambron was the wife of the late John Ralph
Cambron, president of the Better Business Bureau for 23 years. She
worked for the Social Security Administration and Wachovia Bank and
Trust Company. For many years, Mrs. Cambron was a volunteer
counselor in Greensboro in the areas of suicide prevention and
domestic violence.Survivors include daughters, Susan Wyrick of
Greensboro and Page Sibley of Australia; son, Andy Cambron of
Hendersonville; four grandchildren. The family will receive friends
from 7 to 9 p.m.Friday at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Service. In lieu
of flowers, memorials may be made to Four Season’s Hospice
House/Elizabeth House, 581 S. Allen Rd., Flat Rock, N.C. 28731.

The following are obituary was printed in the Albuquerque Journal
newspaper on March 3, 200
Shelby M. Anderson, age 66,
died Thursday, February 28, 2002 at Lovelace Hospital after a short bout
with cancer. Mrs. Anderson was the daughter of a U.S. diplomat and was born
in Istanbul, Turkey, Saturday, February 22, 1936. After graduation from high
school in Alexandria, VA in 1954, she attended Mary Washington College. In
1960 she married Col. John G M. Anderson of the U. S. Air Force. Mrs. Anderson
served as wife of the U. S. Air Attaché in the U.S. Embassy
in Montevideo, Uruguay from 1961 to 1964. She accompanied her husband on
subsequent assignments in Panama, Belgium and the United States. Since her
husband’s retirement in 1972, the family has made it’s home in Albuquerque,
NM. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Anderson is survived by her son, Lt
Col Richard D. Anderson, USAF, and his wife, Patricia, of Summerville, SC;
daughter, Alison M. Clardy and husband, Lt Col H. Stacy Clardy, USMC, of
Joshua Tree, CA; brother, Paul T. Meyer, Jr., of Naples, FL; stepson, John
G M. Anderson, Jr. and wife, Joyce, of U.S. Embassy, Guatemala; four grandchildren;
three step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service
is scheduled for relatives and close friends Monday, March 4, 2002, 3:30
p.m., French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Interment will be at a
later date. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions
be made to the American Cancer Society, Attn: Carla Ramirez, 5800 Lomas NE,
