Telescope or Optics Sets orders require a minimum 50% deposit before work begins
on your order with the remaining 50%, plus Shipping and Handling charges, due
when your telescope is completed, just prior to shipping.

You can order DGM Optics Products
online using your Credit Card, or Paypal Account, although no Paypal Account is
required. Simply click on the links below to order securely as a “Paypal
Guest.”

Personal Checks, Bank Checks, or Money Orders: Please be
sure to include all contact info and a valid e-mail address. Make all checks or money orders payable to DGM Optics
and mail payment(s) to: DGM

Cancellations
Any Exclusive DGM Optics
Products order cancelled prior to
completion and delivery to the customer will result in a 25% restocking fee.
The aforementioned fee shall be calculated as 25% of the total order
amount, less shipping and handling.
Cancellations policy for Teeter Scopes
mounting systems can be found here.
Teeter Scope policy shall be in effect regarding
orders for the OA-8 Custom, and OA-6 STS dobsonian
mounted systems. *** No
refunds will be issued on the initial 50% deposit required to begin your DGM
Teeter Scope order. However, DGM Optics policy shall apply to all Exclusive
DGM Optics Products as it relates to components supplied, manufactured, or assembled by
DGM Optics. ***

Returns
Within 90 days
of the delivery of any DGM Optics Telescopes, or Optics Sets, a full refund,
less shipping and handling costs, will be issued for any product(s) that the
Customer is not satisfied with providing the following preconditions are
met:
1.
The item(s) must be returned in good
condition and undamaged.
2.
The Customer and DGM Optics shall have
exhausted any and all reasonable means to remedy problems, complaints, or
defects with the ordered DGM Optics product(s).
3. Guarantees
offered by Teeter
Scopes LLC shall additionally be in force when applicable to orders
for the OA-6 F/7.5 STS
and/or OA-8 F/8.5 Custom.
4.
DGM Optics
offers no warranties for Optical Coatings used with Exclusive
DGM Optics Products or Teeter/DGM Products beyond what the manufacturer may, or may not offer.
Legal
Daniel
McShane/DBA DGM Optics, shall accept no liability for ANY damages, physical or
monetary, to persons or property, public or private, stemming from misuse,
accidental or intentional, of any DGM Optics Products, by any party, at any
time. Some examples of “misuse” are defined in “Use and
Care” but shall not be limited to those definitions, and shall include any
use of DGM Optics products that may, or actually be, dangerous to persons or
property, public or private, or be in violation of local, state, federal, or
international law.
