Ordering Terms and Information
Please read all terms and conditions carefully before ordering.
DGM Optics now accepts payment through PayPal
To Order Telescopes:
All
Telescope orders require a 50% deposit before work begins on your order with
the remaining 50%, plus Shipping and Handling charges, due when your telescope
is completed, just prior to shipping. Full payment is required if the item
ordered is in stock.
To
order DGM Optics OA-Series Telescopes using PayPal:
1. Log
in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the “Send Money” tab and
specify that payment be sent to dgmoptics@erols.com.
Please make sure you specify the telescope and
configuration you are ordering, and type “DGM Optics order” in the subject
line. Be sure to include all
contact information and the shipping address. For current price and

If you are ordering a product from the “In Stock” page, copy
and paste the description and product item number found on the page into the
message box provided on the PayPal “Send Money” page.
Personal Checks, Bank Checks, or Money Orders: Please use the online order form. Please be sure to include all contact
info and a valid e-mail address. Make all checks or
money orders payable to DGM Optics and mail payment(s) to: DGM Optics, P. O. Box 750, Charlestown, NH,
03603.
You can also order DGM Optics products by telephone @ 978-874-2985. All returned checks are subject to a
$25.00 surcharge.
Cancellations
Any telescope order cancelled prior to completion and delivery to the customer will result in a 25% restocking fee. The aforementioned fee shall be calculated as 25% of the total order amount, less shipping and handling.
Returns
DGM Optics will grant a full refund, less shipping and
handling costs, for any product(s) that the customer is not satisfied with
providing the following preconditions are met:
1. The item(s) must be returned in good condition and undamaged.
2. The customer and DGM Optics have exhausted any and all reasonable means to remedy problems, complaints, or defects with the ordered DGM Optics product(s).
3. The customer acknowledges that DGM Optics can only grant a refund upon the sale of the customers returned DGM Optics products or if cash flow at the time product is returned permits.
