From the I Ching, Book of Change, it says that Creative is always strong, and that the superior person must remain alert and active ceaselessly throughout the day. The Creative has the attribute of Heaven, and this is infused with strong action.
From this nine astrological interpretation, we can deduced that the year of 2003 will be one filled with action and those action has very strong creative repercussion on our society and the world.
The animalistic qualities of 6, Creative is dragon. Again, from the I Ching, we have the caution of Arrogant Dragon has cause to regret and become remorseful. This is indeed a good caution to all of us to remain humble and caring for our fellow humans. For without this caring then destruction of our world, home and self will follow.
As an individual, we can achieve this by both collective
means of peace and calmness of our heart. It is crucial that one should
devote at least 20 minutes a day in action that can bring our heart/mind
to peace and harmony. Perhaps, we can make the world a more peaceful place
by such an act. At least, the world will be more peaceful by one person,
