Over the last several years our church has grown, bringing new people with new needs and interests. The church board, along with our pastors, feels that our current staffing pattern is not sufficient (Beth ½ time; Betty ¼ time; Joanie, Christian Education Coordinator, 5 hours per week for 9 months; Renee, Secretary, 10 hours per week; Sue, Music Director, approximately 5 hours per week).
Wed like to ask your help in deciding our future direction. Please take a few moments to answer the following survey (SOAP Strengths, Opportunities for Improvement, Areas of Improvement, Perceived Obstacles). Members, friends and visitors at the June 9th service filled this out and discussed it as part of the sermon/meditation time. We are hoping for as much input as possible. Please return this to us by Friday, June 28th so we can collate all the responses and have them ready for our next meeting with consultant Stan Dueck from the Church of the Brethren. Thanks for your help!
Peace,
Rev. Beth Rev. Betty
