Relay for Life, sponsored by the American Cancer Society and held in thousands of communities across the country, is an overnight team relay to raise funds to help find cures for cancer, and to raise community awareness of cancer.

CUCC Involvement: The CUCC Youth Group participated in the Relay for the first time in 1999. Ten young people raised over $1600! With that sucess the youth group plans to make it an annual event.
