Included are bed linens, hot and cold water, lighting and heat. The phone is restricted to local calls only, so please make sure you have a calling card if you need to make long distance calls.

The security deposit is 50% of the total rental amount and is required to reserve the rental. It is paid in addition to the full rental amount which is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period. Cancellations will have a full refund if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental. Cancellations received within 30 days of the rental start will have half the deposit refunded. The house is open all year round with rates as follows:

In addition to the rates above there is a 5% lodging tax. The rates above are for groups of 12 people or less. Groups with more than 12 will be charged an additional $50 per person for each additional person. For example, a group of 14 would be charged an additinal $100.

Regular Weekend rates are for Friday check-in after 4pm and check-out Sunday by 1pm.
Extended Weekend rates include one additional night.
Regular Week rates are for Friday check-in after 4pm and check-out the following Friday by 12 noon.
Holiday rates cover Martin Luther King's Birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Veterans Day. Inquire for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years rates.
