Substance Abuse - Clean and Sober Street
A four-phase program:

Phase I includes detoxification, counseling and therapy.

Phase II provides participants with opportunities to further their education, receive career counseling, and attend art classes. 

Phase III, residents return to outside work and also staff Phases I and II.

Phase IV, participants move on to Clean and Sober House, where they may apply sobriety to home structured living.
