THE ENDODONTISTS Louis H. Berman, DDS*    (Click here for Publications) Dr. Berman received his B.A. degree in Biology at U.M.B.C. and his dental degree at The University of Maryland School of Dentistry. His specialty certification in Endodontics is from The Albert Einstein Medical Center. He has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Endodontics at The University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He is past President of the Maryland State Association of Endodontists. Baltimore Magazine has selected him as top endodontist. Dr. Berman has recently authored the chapter on Diagnosis in the most widely used endodontic textbook, Pathways of the Pulp, and has just completed an entire comprehensive textbook on Dental Traumatology. A native Annapolitan, Dr. Berman is married with three sons. Kenneth R. Hunter, DDS* Dr. Hunter received his B.S. degree in Zoology from the University of Florida. After serving in the Navy as a Naval Flight officer, he obtained his dental degree at the Virginia Commonwealth School of Dentistry. Returning to the Navy, he completed a general practice residency at the Naval Hospital in Oakland, and was a Navy general dentist before receiving his specialty certification at the Naval Dental School in Bethesda in 1990. Dr. Hunter retired from the Navy Dental Corps in 1999 after serving locally at the United States Naval Academy and the Washington Navy yard. Dr. Hunter and is wife, Lisa, reside in Arnold with their three daughters and a son.
