Soft Fabric Development � Designed soft fabric items for Playskool Baby, Tyco Preschool, The First Years, Hasbro New Ventures, Fisher Price, Merry Makers, and Kids Books; from soft carriers to fabric rattles and applied artwork. Engineered plush characters for Mattel and Children's Television Workshop. Products were followed through from concept sketching and several working models to first engineer drafts (patterns), swatch cards, and artwork. Oversaw each product with Quality Assurance, Soft Engineering and Marketing for construction approvals, final artwork, and packaging issues.
