A Partial Translation

Introduction

In this table, we are presented with a series of columns. The figures in the columns face to the right which means the columns are to be read in order from left to right. Each individual column, however, is to be read from top to bottom.

You will notice that along the top row of each column stands an owl beneath which are two horizontal lines ending in a stylized building and what appears as a triangle. This is a repeated phrase which may be translated as "From horizon to horizon...."
