Model RP- 1 (typically loaded)
Description:
RP-1: Rack mounted module cage that fits in a standard 19 inch rack.
It accepts either 2.8 inch or 5.6 inch wide modules in any combination
which does not exceed 14 inches. A power supply with a 2.8 inch front panel
is attached to the far left side of the rack. The power supply drives a
power bus on the rear of the rack providing four voltages plus ground to
card edge connectors which are properly spaced to accept any combination
of module sizes. Also, blank modules are available for the purpose of breadboarding
special circuits in a module that can be powered by the Model RP- 1. The
blank module is anodized and compatible in appearance to the rest of the
system.
RP-1M: Rack mounted module cage without power supplies, accommodates 6 unit modules instead of5.
RP-1R: Module cage with rear power switch and jacks, accommodates 6 unit modules instead of 5.
BP-1: Blank panel 2.8" wide, blue anodized with thumb screw and handle, fits empty space.
BM-1: Plug-in module with panel as above, 2.8" wide, inserts into empty space.
BM-1C: Plug-in module with panel as above, 2.8" wide, equipped with
premounted blank printed circuit card with edge connector pads for receiving
power from RP- 1 supplies
