Picard:   Jean-Luc Picard, Captain of the Federation Starship
          Enterprise.
Old man:  What is your quest?

Old man:  What is the warp-speed velocity of a cloaked bird of prey?
Picard:   What do you mean, Klingon or Romulan?
Old man:  I don't know that...  AAAIIEEEEE!!!!
