Sending a News Item to an NTTP News Server

Here is what a very simple example of sendNews looks like:

tcpcmd.sendNews ("someNewsHost.com", "asg@erols.com", "comp.sys.mac", "Subject of my Message", "Body of\rmy message")

The syntax of tcpcmd.sendNews is:
