- Update by Councilmember Evans on status of proposed pilot project to improve residential parking.
- Moratorium on Waterfront Events: Proposed letter to DAS, requesting that the city keep the moratorium in place and notify us if they are considering lifting it.
- Proposed new restaurant on waterfront.
- Renovation of Montrose Park - Revised Plan, presented by William Shields and Karen Leder.
- Metropolitan Montessori School, 1301 35th Street NW, BZA Application #16203: request for a special exception to raise number of children from 22 to 32, and hold weekend playgroups. Case scheduled for Feb. 5.
- Curbcut and driveway at 3251 Q Street NW, HPA #97-08. Hearing set by the Mayor's Agent for Monday, March 3, 1997.
- 3077 M St (the old Food Market), OGB Case #97-33, to be seen on Feb 6.
- Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1732 Wisconsin Ave, appeal; BZA #16206; request to use a larger percentage of the floor area for the embassy than current zoning permits. Hearing date February 19.
- Update on the city's plans to develop the Incinerator Site.
