Beginning at a point on the western boundary of Glover Archbold Park that intersects with a line representing the extension of Prospect Street that forms the southern border of Census Tract 2.01, then east along said line to 37th Street, then east along Prospect Street to 36th Street, then north along 36th Street to N Street, then east along N Street to Wisconsin Avenue, then southeast along Wisconsin Avenue to M Street, then east along M Street to Pennsylvania Avenue, then southeast along Pennsylvania Avenue to Rock Creek, then down Rock Creek to its mouth, then along a straight line to the western end of the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Bridge, then along the District of Columbia boundary line on the Virginia shore of the Potomac River to the boundary of Glover Archbold Park, then north along said boundary to the point of beginning.
