Beginning at the intersection of 38th Street and Reservoir Road, then south along the existing Georgetown University campus road passing east of the Leavey parking garage to the northwest corner of the Reis Science Building, then south and east along the arc separating the Reis building and the Intercultural Center, then east to the boundary with Georgetown Visitation School that lies directly north of the White Gravenor building, then following the property line east and south to P Street, then east along P Street to 35th Street, then north along 35th Street to Volta Place, then east along Volta Place to Wisconsin Avenue, then northwest along Wisconsin Avenue to Q Street, then east along Q Street to 32nd Street, then northwest along 32nd Street to Reservoir Road, then west along Reservoir Road to Wisconsin Avenue, then northwest along Wisconsin Avenue to R Street, then west along R Street to 35th Street, then south along 35th Street to Reservoir Road, then west along Reservoir Road to the point of beginning.
