Georgetown Waterfront Park 1987 Plan
On this site is an electronic version of plan for the Georgetown Waterfront Park and the C&O Canal National Historical Park that was approved in 1987 by the National Park Service in consultation with neighborhood groups and DC authorities.
After some 15 years, the National Park Service appears ready to hire a designer for the waterfront area.
