From the time
we are born, we develop habitual movement patterns in response to our environment,
stress, trauma, and illness. Some of these patterns involve the tightening
of certain muscle groups and interfere with our breathing. While starting

of chronic stress that negatively affect the mind and body.
Stress reduction begins with the undoing of these long time habits. The results enable us to move freely and without tension. We become more flexible, movement efficient, confident and develop a more positive sense of our own body/mind/spirit. Precious energy, once wasted on habitual movement patterns, no longer fatigue us and is now free for more constructive use. |
