    WEBQUESTS are  dynamic lesson plans using an inquiry approach designed by teachers to help students use the Internet to solve imaginative problems.  The concept of WEBQUESTS was created by Bernie Dodge, a San Diego State University professor.  At the San Diego Internet site, there are numerous WEBQUESTS designed by his graduate students listed by  curriculum topic and by grade level.
