Coast to Coast 2000  34-day lab research investigation on wheels with students and teachers from Harrisonburg HS traveled 10,000 miles across the US meeting scientists, legislators, and resource professionals who are working to solve environmental issues.  On website: dialogue with scientists, journals, photo essays, data.  VSTE Notes.
The Totally Wired Teacher Staff from White Oaks ES in FCPS demonstrated the use of Smartboards, flexcams, videoconferencing, and PDAs in elementary classrooms.
