MUSEUM QUEST
Your Mission School systems all over the country are facing budget cuts which prevent them from buying new books for school children. Principals and teachers are faced with teaching students without books. Fortunately, Congress has passed the Educational Access ACT with a budget to give schools monies to access the Internet. Since museums around the world are jam-packed with information, we have decided to create Books and Lessons for kids using Museums and Science Resources on the Internet. Each team will be responsible to plan the unit for a Science Unit in a designated grade level.
Objectives of Museum Quest- What Will I Learn?
l. Locate
information on the Internet available in international museums
and at Science Internet Sites
2. Determine Science concepts
and vocabulary to be learned
3. Create lesson plans for students
to help them use the Internet like a book
