Track my food intake for three days ( 9 meals and snacks). Write a summary of my healthy and unhealthy eating habits.
Top Projects include analysis of some of these: fat intake, calories, minerals/vitamins, relationship to food pyramid, salt/sodium,fiber content.

Activity Three: Food Labels
Cut out the food label from a box or package of food from home (with permision). Write a summary of the information in terms of Healthy Eating.
Activity Four: Meal Planning
Plan a day's meal for your family that follows the US DEPT of Agriculture Food Guide Pyramid
but incorporates your family's favorites. Help prepare the meals. Write about what happened.
