Steps:

l. Advertise the site using Global Schoolhouse or some other teacher site

2. As you get teacher participants, create an email group so that you can communicate to all at the same time

3. As participants respond, send them email about the project including: goals, timelines, hardware/software needs , how-to information, lists of other participants email addresses,
sample news releases

4. Send email to remind participants to begin the data collection

5. Collate the information that is sent to you into a file, add it to your website if you have one

6. Send a "Thanks for the data" or "We still need your data" to each participant

7. Send email to participants with weekly data

8.  Visually share the data on a map with a key as an example of the site or how students could use the data to create their own maps and conclusions
