For the comfort of all our guests, we are a nonsmoking Bed & Breakfast. Pets are not permitted. Children are welcome as long as they are well-supervised by their adult relatives.
Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are fully refundable when a cancellation is received ten (10) days prior to the first day of the reservation. If a cancellation is received on shorter notice, your deposit may either be applied to a future reservation or refunded in the event your room is re-booked.
Arrival & Departure Times:
Check-in begins no earlier than 3:00 p.m. to allow for an adequate amount of time to prepare for your stay. Please plan to arrive no later than 10:00 p.m. Check-out is by 12:00 p.m. Guests who cannot comply with these time requirements must make prior arrangements with Aiko.
